Added Value Processes

Surface finish:

Using our in-house plating facility, we can finish the seal in a variety of materials for added corrosion resistance, electrical performance or improved solderability. These materials include but not limited to Gold, Nickel, Tin/Lead, Copper and Silver.

Sub assembly:

As well as producing your hermetic seal, we can also produce your finished connector/cable assembly using our multi skilled workforce to solder, wire up and pot to your custom application.

Other available processes include precision wire bonding (wire size range from 10µm) ,Resistance Welding and vacuum soldering.

 

Materials: 
A wide range of materials are available for the body, glass & contact.
