SGA's Hitachi S450 scanning electron microscope has been upgraded to include a I-scan slow scan imaging system which allows images to be captured directly to a PC.

In addition the Link AN10000 EDX has been upgraded to light element.

These upgrades enhance our extensive analytical abilities.
