Within our specialist plating division we have vat, barrel, jig and selective plating facilities. These give us the capability to process both large and small components in volumes to suit your requirements, we employ 2 full-time chemists and additional technical support staff who will be happy to advise on and develop your finishing requirements. We can provide technical finishing to exacting standards to suit your subcontract requirements.

Using plasma spectroscopy measurement we can check plating solutions to 'parts per billion' and verify plating thickness using X-ray technology. We test to customer quality plans, to 100% inspection or to agreed AQL levels. We can also test and measure solderability, adhesion and the composition of the plating deposited.
