Surface finish:
Using our in-house plating facility we offer specialist electroplating services. We can finish the seal in a variety of materials for added corrosion resistance, electrical performance or improved solderability. These materials include but are not limited to Gold, Nickel, Tin/Lead, Copper and Silver.
Sub assembly:
- As well as producing your hermetic seal, we can also produce your finished connector/cable assembly using our multi skilled workforce to solder, wire up and pot to your custom application.
- Other available processes include precision wire bonding (wire size range from 10µm) ,Resistance Welding and vacuum soldering.
