We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to provide you with an update regarding the fire that had occurred at our plating facility in Saffron Walden that occurred on March 26, 2024, at 2:30 PM.
First and foremost, we want to express our sincere gratitude for your understanding and support during this challenging time. Your patience has been invaluable to us as we navigate through the aftermath of the fire.
We have been collaborating with subcontract partners to maintain service continuity; however, due to various issues, we have opted to reintegrate the plating process under SGA's management and direct process control. Therefore. we are excited to announce the establishment of SGA Poole.
SGA Poole is based in Dorset, UK and is a custom-built plating facility, owned and operated by SGA staff with the same quality, personnel, processes and IP as we had previously at former Saffron Walden site.
As always, our primary focus remains on delivering the highest quality products and services to you, our valued customers. We understand the importance of reliability and consistency in our partnership, and we are fully committed to upholding these values.
