Our engineering facilities are used for the design, production and maintenance of all tooling and jigging giving us complete control. Glass to metal seals are manufactured using graphite jigging to hold parts in position during the firing process. Although graphite is a friable material which does wear in use, our control systems identify this wear before it becomes an issue subsequently moving them into a maintenance or repair cycle within our engineering facility.
Our engineering facilities include:

- Wire EDM
- Lathes
- Grinding and 2nd op equipment.
We also use our in-house facilities to produce prototype parts meaning we can rapidly respond to development projects and design changes.
